For thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I, even I, will both search My sheep, and seek them out.
Ezekiel 34:11 (KJV)
Since Israel was scattered because of false shepherds and leaders, God decided to take matters into His own hands to restore His people and care for them personally. God cares very much about the fate of His children. Whatever the situation, He sees the suffering, He hears the cries and He always intervenes to deliver.
The Christian life is never easy, but with God in our lives, there will always be a solution to our problems. Sometimes God lets us go through difficult times to test us, transform us, and purify us. But because we don't know what He is doing, we complain, we challenge His silence because it shouldn't be that way for us.
Like the people Israel, we are God's sheep. Jesus Himself said it many times and in different ways: “My sheep hear My voice; I know them, and they follow me. [John 10:27].” That said, Jesus sees you in your misery, He knows your suffering and He will intervene in due time. If He doesn't respond the way you want, it's because He has a plan beyond your imagination. So instead of complaining, trust His plan and His promises, because He will take care of you.
