Father our God, thank you for Your word, thank You for the way You use it to speak to us, guide us and teach us.
Father, as I open Your word, please fill me with Your Holy Spirit so that I may read Your word wisely and in truth. I want to know You more each day, make your way in me; help me to understand Your word. Use the words you gave me to strengthen my faith and bring me closer to you, for only in you have I found my life. Thank you for your love, grace and mercy. I honor you my God.
