Lord God, we want to please You and serve You as You deserve it. We do not want there to be any barrier or distance between You and us. This is the worst thing that could happen to us. We pray, do not take Your Spirit from us. We want to be guided and directed by Him so that we can please You.
We want to confess our sins, our faults, our negligence in prayer, in the meditation of Your word and our ignorance of others around us. Show us Lord whenever we turn to idols in our lives so that we can repent and be delivered from them. Our most ardent desire is to serve You, the only true God and to be of service to others.
