I remember visiting a couple whose daughter was possessed by a demon. She was constantly screaming, cursing everyone and destroying everything in her path. Her parents had to restrain her with ropes on her bed to prevent her from running away or causing more damage. There was a young man present in the house, he seemed to be there for a specific mission. I saw him simply touch the girl's hand so that she became completely serene and calm. He prayed for her and three days later she was completely healed.
Some people asked a lot of questions about what they saw, a simple touch from this man reduced the little girl to silence and calm. I asked him directly about his faith in God because for me, there was no doubt, only a Spirit-filled Christian could have such an anointing. After he left, the father told me he was the youth pastor at his church. He defined him as a man of God, very humble and living according to the word of God. Daniel was defined as a man in whom the spirit of God dwelt. He was the only one who could interpret the dreams of King Nebuchadnezzar without having heard of them.
As a Christian, you too can be an instrument in the hands of the Holy Spirit to accomplish the will of God. Like David, you too can be a man or a woman according to God's heart. You can be that person if you humble yourself under the mighty hand of God and live in obedience to His word. Daniel was a simple human like you and me, the only difference is that he sought God with all his heart and put Him first in his life. You also walk in the Spirit and you will do the works of the Spirit.
