The Lord hears the needy and does not despise his captive people.
Psalm 69:33 (NIV)
God shows no partiality; He extends His grace and attention to everyone, without distinction of position or circumstance. Some believe that God only cares about those who believe in Him and neglects those who refuse to accept Christ. This is a mistaken view of God. For He cares just as much about believers as about non-believers, the rich as well as the poor. He ensures that everyone has the means to provide for themselves and their families.
We must consider God's grace toward us. There is a common grace granted to all of humanity and a special grace granted to Christians. This means that God has a plan for everyone's life, whether they are Christian or not. But, for those who accept Jesus, there is the grace of eternal salvation. However, whatever the situation of those in need, if they turn to God, He will act on their behalf, granting them what they need. He also protects those who suffer.
You may find yourself in a situation that makes you believe your life is a failure and that there is nothing left to hope for. You may even think that God has decided to abandon you. Always remember that this attitude does not reflect God's character. He never abandons anyone. Your situation may be difficult, but not hopeless. God sees you and has already made the necessary decisions; it remains for you to see them materialize in the natural world. God will never be deaf to your calls.
May the grace and peace of God be with you all.
