Prayer for Missionaries

Father, we entrust to You Your servants who have answered the call to leave their families and carry the Gospel to the ends of the earth. We pray that You pour out Your grace, strength, and protection upon them each day. Grant them the right words so that they may fearlessly make known the mystery of the Gospel. Give them cultural sensitivity, wisdom, and the ability to learn new languages ​​quickly.

When isolation, exhaustion, or discouragement arise, remind them of Your presence. Strengthen their souls, renew their passion, and surround them with caring communities and deep friendships. Protect them from physical harm, illness, and the dangers of spiritual warfare. Be their shield and fortress in this land that is foreign to them.

Open the hearts of those they meet. May the seed they sow give rise to strong, local faith communities, and may Your love be clearly revealed through their actions.

We thank You for their obedience and sacrifice. May they constantly feel Your love, as well as the prayerful support of those who stand with them from afar.

We pray in the name of Jesus.
