Prayer for Immigrants

Our Father, we come to entrust to You the millions of immigrants across the world who have left their homelands in search of safety, dignity, and a better life for their families. Comfort those who bear the heavy burden of separation, uncertainty, and fear, and enfold them in Your protective embrace as they journey through lands and cultures that are foreign to them. Grant them resilience in the face of adversity and open the hearts of the communities that welcome them, so that they may be received with compassion, fairness, and Christian charity.

Lord, we pray that You guide world leaders and policymakers to act with wisdom and justice, creating pathways that honor human dignity while fostering peace and security. Bless the advocates, volunteers, and organizations working tirelessly to welcome the stranger and provide shelter, food, and legal aid. Remind us all of our shared humanity and help us build a world where no one is forced to flee their home, but where all who migrate find refuge, a sense of belonging, and hope.
