Words of Prayer 08/16/25

Lord, You are the God of grace and mercy. You know our thoughts even before we have time to know them ourselves. We ask You to have mercy on us and not to enter into judgment with us.

Who are we to enter into judgment with us, Lord? We are but dust. No excuse can justify us before You. We simply ask Your forgiveness for the sins we have committed and for the evil thoughts we harbor.

Have mercy on us, Lord, and do not judge us.

In Jesus' name, we pray.
