Our God, hear our prayers, be attentive to our cries. From the depths of our distress, we cry to You, asking You to help us, for You are our refuge and shelter. When the enemy rises against us, it is to You that we come for help. We have nowhere else to go.
From Your throne, You control the entire universe! We know that our help is in You, for You always hear the prayer of those who place their faith in You. Do not forsake us, O Holy God, for more than anything, we need You.
