Lord, remember us; Father, do not be angry with us to abandon us. It is better to be chastened than to be rejected by You. We know that we have grieved You because of our sins and our lack of submission to Your word, we recognize that we have failed in our duty to walk in Your ways. We come before Your presence with a spirit of humility to ask for Your forgiveness.
Our enemies are many, they gather to devour us, but we trust in You to protect us and deliver us from their attack. They wait for You to abandon us to come against us. Remember us Lord. Even in Your anger, we pray that You have mercy on us and that You keep us under Your wings.
